O Festival de Cinema Ambiental da Chapada Diamantina (FACINE) é um festival que acontece no território da Chapada Diamantina, na Bahia, e que se propõe a ampliar o horizonte do público abordando temáticas relacionadas ao meio ambiente, culturas, identidades e tradições.

The Festival
The Chapada Diamantina Environmental Film Festival (FACINE) is a festival that takes place in the Chapada Diamantina region, in Bahia. It aims to broaden the public's perspective by addressing themes related to the environment, cultures, identities, and traditions.
The Project
To bring the communication for the 2nd edition of FACINE to life, we created a contemporary Visual Identity, combined with digital hand-drawn illustrations that reference cinema, specifically its basic characteristic of projecting light onto stories and narratives. The illustrations are based on elements unique to the Chapada Diamantina region, such as nature and anthropized areas. Another present element is the representation of the senses involved in the seventh art, like sight and hearing.
